Wedding Site Usage

Spring, Summer, & Fall events: 

  • $3000 Wedding usage fee for up to 100 total guests 

The exclusive use of this magnificent ranch and log cabin is offered for this site usage fee for 12 hours. We have 3 outdoor ceremony/reception sites and several indoor options.  This includes: complete consultations with our wedding coordinator, parking, portable restrooms, white linens, rectangle tables and chairs, china and silverware for your rehearsal ceremony, your ceremony and reception for up to 100 guests.

  • $1000 Additional wedding usage fee for guests over 100-150. This does not include additional rentals.  We will work with you to determine exact needs for your guests.  

Thompson River Ranch will consider hosting larger summer events over 150 guests for an additional usage fee that includes the above items and our rental, delivery & installation of tents to provide additional coverage on the front lawn for these additional guests. 

Additional rentals such as a dance floor, tents and audio can be arranged from a local vendor for their additional fees. Please ask for a quote if desired.


Lodging Accommodations

Thompson River Ranch offers a private, intimate setting to host your family and close friends with our luxurious rustic accommodations. We offer 4 private rooms in Pine Hill Lodge and a large den area for smaller children that can accommodate multiple beds. Additionally, we have 5 private cabins available for rental in close proximity on the ranch. If additional beds are needed, they can be added to the cabin rooms. Please browse the website accommodations for tours of each cabin and listed amenities.


Pricing

$3000/week for entire Pine Hill Lodge Rental or $500 per night with a 2 night minimum (Pine Hill Lodge can accommodate 12-15 guests).

Additional cabins : 

$100-$125/night per each additional cabin 

  • McGregor Cabin - King bed with twin optional
  • Stable Cabin - 2 Queens and 3 twins
  • Forest Cabin - 1 Queen with twin option
  • School House - 1-2 Queens
  • Chicken Coop - 1 Queen and 3 twins

Payment Information & Cancellation

$1500.00 Deposit (1/2 of $3000 Wedding Site Usage rate)
This deposit secures the desired dates for your wedding celebration

Cancellations for a wedding group reservation must be received 120 days prior to scheduled date of arrival. If cancellation is received during that time a $500.00 fee will be retained plus out of pocket expenses incurred, if any. If cancellation is not received by the required date, the Ranch will retain all deposits and payments received prior to actual date of cancellation notice.

Guarantees

Menu choices and beverage selections with your estimated final guest counts are due 30 days prior to the date of your event with an additional deposit in the amount of 50% of the selected food and beverage. This deposit is non-refundable. 
Final guest counts must be confirmed by 14 days prior to the date of the event. At this time, the remaining balance as indicated on your final estimate of costs is due and payable. This payment is non-refundable. Should the actual cost of the event exceed the estimate, payment in full is due on the day of departure. Any money paid in excess of the actual final balance will be refunded on the day of departure. 

Policies

You are required to obtain Wedding Insurance for your wedding date. 

  • The Ranch and grounds are smoke free environments. 
  • No pets are allowed unless specifically approved beforehand.  All dogs on leash.
  • A two night minimum stay is required; three nights on national holidays. 
  • Check-in is available after 3:00 pm. Please contact us if you require check-in past 9pm. Check-out is at 10am, you may inquire for late check-out depending upon other reservations.
  • The Lodge cannot assume the responsibility for personal belongings and/or equipment brought onto the premises by you, your guests or vendors. 
  • Any damages to the premises during your visit will be your responsibility and repair and/or replacement costs will be applied accordingly. 

Wedding Dinner Menu Design

 

TRR offers 3 options for your Menu planning.  We want you to make your decisions based upon 

1.  Use of TRR Executive Chef and staff:

Hired to design and serve a beautifully themed meal for you and your guests.

2. Caterer of your Choice:

Use your favorite caterer to make your day special.  Hiring of TRR Kitchen and staff will be discussed per your specific plan to ensure that all needs are mets.  

3. Your own Private Dining:

Create your very own meal, inspired by friends and family.  Use of TRR Kitchen and staff will be discussed per your specific plan to ensure that all needs are mets.

Under the direction of our Executive Chef, we will work with you to design the perfect wedding cuisine to highlight the bounties of the Pacific Northwest. Menus are created using local ingredients whenever possible. The following menus are offered for your consideration presented as station service. Wedding Cakes

The average prices for cakes are $6.00 - $12.00 per person. Pricing is dependent upon your specific flavor, filling, frosting and presentation requested. We are happy to speak with the pastry chef to obtain her quote for your desired cake prior to accepting the order.

Our cake cutting fee & coffee service will be listed separately at $3.50 per person
